AI Chauffeurs

1. AI Chauffeurs will make every effort to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic conditions, accidents, or severe weather. We also do not accept liability for consequential losses.
2. The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case additional charges may apply.
3. Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not always be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs during a journey, although we will make every effort to do so.
4. If our driver is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, waiting time will be charged at our current standard rate.
5. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s statutory rights.
6. For non-airport collections: after a 15-minute grace period, waiting time will be charged from the booked time at our current standard rate.
7. We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a risk to the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. We also reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behavior by any passenger.
8. If special cleaning of a vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable condition by a passenger or client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client.
9. We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver when necessary.
10. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s statutory rights.
